  • Response Time
I'm often quite busy at the shop, so due to the high volume of inquiries, it might take me a couple of days to get back to you. Don't worry if you don't receive an immediate reply – I'm working on it. Thank you in advance for your patience.
  • Tattoo Planning, Pricing, and Scheduling
After you submit the form, I will review it and respond with an estimated session time, price, and available dates for your tattoo. I will hold the date options for 48 hours, allowing you time to choose. If the dates are inconvenient, let me know, and I'll provide alternative options.
  • Deposit
Once we find a suitable tattooing date, you'll have 24 hours to pay the deposit, securing your appointment. I will send you the payment details for the deposit, which can be made via bank transfer or in-person at the studio. If the deposit isn't paid on time, the appointment will be canceled, and we'll need to find a new date. The deposit will be deducted from the total price on the day of the appointment.
  • Cancellation / No Show
If you cancel the session, the deposit will not be refunded. The deposit serves as a sign of trust and commitment, ensuring that I don't lose time that could have been spent with another client.
  • Rescheduling Appointment
To reschedule your appointment without losing the deposit, you must provide at least 72 hours' notice. If the notice is less than 72 hours, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new date. Appointments can only be rescheduled once; rescheduling a second time will result in the loss of the deposit and the need for a new deposit.
  • Tattoo Design
Each design is custom-made just for you. I won't replicate someone else's work, but we can draw inspiration from a design you like. All my tattoo designs are completed a day before the appointment. You will see the design on the day of your booking, and we'll have extra time to make any changes or modifications you want.
  • Payment
Please bring cash to pay for your appointment, as I don't currently have a card reader in the shop. An ATM is available inside the Co-op shop, a 1-minute walk from the studio.
  • Appointment Arrival
Arrive at the given time for your appointment, and if possible, come alone, as the studio has limited space. Location and parking suggestions can be found in the INFO section. If you're running late, please contact me. Note that being more than 15 minutes late for appointments up to 3 hours, or more than 30 minutes late for appointments over 3 hours, will result in the cancellation of your tattoo session, the loss of the deposit, and the need for a new deposit to secure a new date.
  • Getting your tattoo on an earlier date
I don’t usually get cancellations, but sometimes, it happens. I post all my cancellation dates on Instagram, so in case you would want an earlier date for your appointment, check out my Instagram stories (@neringa_tattoo) and let me know!
